China to construct 10 power houses in Pakistan: Wang Yi

Beijing – China would construct more than 10 power houses in Pakistan which would prove beneficial for overcoming power crises in the country. These views were expressed by Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi while addressing a press conference after attending 13th Annual Meeting of National Peoples’ Congress in Beijing.   “More than 10 Power Houses will be built with the help of China which would be helpful to overcome the electricity short-fall in Pakistan” he said, adding that China’s cooperation with other countries is transparent as crystal.

He said that more all the countries are participating on equal bases in “One Belt One Road Initiative” in every aspect. As more than 140 countries participated last year in World Cooperative Conference which shows mutual understanding and trust. More than 80 countries and world organizations have signed MOUs with China in this context, and numerous cooperative projects are going on.

 Moreover, the Atomic Power House constructed by China-France Collaboration in Britain has become an exemplary of High-technology cooperation on The Belt and Road initiative. He said that the mega project would be carried out according to the world market rules and discipline.

Chinese Foreign Minister expressed hope that Shanghai Cooperative Organization Summit would be held at Qingdao in June 2018, which would be a milestone to the success of summit organization. He said that China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is benefiting to a common man and is very helpful to resolve numerous financial and social issues.

According to Media Reports, Chinese Foreign minister warned American President not to start a trade war, as it would affect every country in the world, as choosing such war would be a devastating decision and ultimately every country including US would come under fire. 

“If US starts trade war, China will definitely respond” Chinese foreign minister stated, saying that his country is having peaceful, justified and constructive thought for getting amicable solution of all bilateral issues impending on the region, and his country would play its role for it.

He stated that China as responsible member country would continue playing its constructive role for resolving issues.
