Karachi – On behalf of Gwadar Port, I would like to extend our sincere congratulation to Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry for holding 10th All Pakistan Chamber Presidents Conference in Gwadar Balochistan and welcome the distinguished guest at Gwadar and Gwadar Port. This conference will no doubt be a meeting place, trade and investment opportunities for the chamber's presidents and other participants to exchange their ideas and experience.

This conference may facilitate / provide the participants to understand the China Pakistan Economic Corridor and business opportunities in Gwadar Port and Gwadar Free Zone. Gwadar could emerge as a key shipping point, bringing Pakistan a much-needed income, and when combined with the surrounding areas could become a trade hub of Pakistan, Afghanistan, Central Asia and China. Pakistan's business community may contribute in Gwadar Port and its Free Zone. We in Gwadar Port Authority working together with China Overseas Port Holding Ltd (COPHL) are confident that the this year 2018 shall witness enhanced Port throughput and development of Gwadar Port and Gwadar Free Zone.
