CPEC crucial for country’s economy: Momina

Rawalpindi – Member Provincial Assembly MPA Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Momina Basit Wednesday said that CPEC (China-Pakistan Economic Corridor ) is a game changer not only for Pakistan but also for the entire region.

Talking to journalists at a hotel here she said CPEC is crucial for country’s economic stability and prosperity, and the project must be kept out from politics.

The project depicts eternal friendship and strategic partnership between Pakistan and China and will serve a lifeline for our national economy, she added.

Momina said that present government would fulfill all the promises made with the masses and would come up to their expectations. Under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan, the country is on right direction and would bring progress and prosperity.

She termed the recent visit of Prime Minister Imran Khan to China a fruitful and result oriented adding that this would help to sustain the dwindling economy.

Women are the most essential part of our society and their empowerment, protection and emancipation is imperative for the progress and development in the country, she added.
